Worst customer service ever. Nothing but problems once the lease ends and trying to get the registration changed to our name.

Signed a monthly equipment lease agreement for 48 months with this Company. Every month you/we are paying "interest" and "service fee" along with principal payments for the lease. CAUTION: should you want to buy out your "Open Lease" you are still on the hook for 48 months of interest and "Service Fee". In other words, you will pay them 48 months of interest and service fees even if you buyout at 5, 10 15, 35 or any other point. Our last leasing company did not charge the interest or service fee until they earned it so if we bought out early, there was a savings to us.

cant get a hold of anyone left over 30 msgs and no answer I try to contact ANNA CAPPADOCIA BECUASE THERE IS A LIEN TO MY PROPERTY FOR $2.00 - I CANT GET A LOAN OR SELL THE PROPERTY BEACUSE THIS LIEN !!!!!!!! _ I TRY AND TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE IN THE OFFICE AND NO ANSWER.
