We have replaced our AC and furnace about two years ago and so far, the furnace works quite well. However, the installers were awfully rude and intrusive. We used them to install a new water heater and an air conditioner. They really went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied, when there were a couple of hiccups. I really appreciate it. Thank you Jason and team. You will be my first call for any future needs.

I rate this company 1 star for their slackness. My heat stopped working fully and was blowing cold air, this was an on going issues that was due to this company's poor installation 2 years prior. First- They took way too long to come to my house in an emergency situations(my heat stopped working) and then they also took a few days to return to complete the repair. Second- they had different excuses on why they did not show up for their appointments on two separate occasions. Third- they did not fix the problem I had with the furnace. It cost $300 in repairs and they missed the issue that was blocking the drain which caused the water to back up in the first place. They blamed it on us not changing the filter(it was very dirty) but not the real issue. I found this out by using another service provider(Reliance) who showed up on time, fixed the issue and let me know the details on why this was happening, (even Reliance couldn't believe that they missed the actual blockage) it took them less than 3 mins to find and fix the issue. Best part they didn't over charge like green approve solutions did. I paid $100 diagnostic fee with (Reliance) and now the furnace has been working well. I contacted this company and explained all the above, asked for a refund and got no response. Ain't that great service? Service: Heating system repair
