worst company company I ever dealt with they dont return calls back asap for accounts payable or ar. I had credit back on a order they never put the credit on my other order so this pisses me off:

Will NEVER do business with them again! Ordered 4 identical items on September 13th that were advertised as shipping in 7 to 10 days. 40 days later nothing arrived. Contacted to see what was going on, they said they shipped out 3 out of the 4 identical items even though the UPS tracking number showed the shipment was not picked up yet. Customer service rep said it wouldn't be until the end of November or about 90 days from my order date for the last item; Even though the items showed in stock on their web site for 3 to 4 business day delivery. This was clearly false advertising because they supposedly shipped me the last 3??? Customer service rep said to return the package to sender and a refund would be issued upon receipt. They received the package back almost a week ago. So far, I have no product and lost my money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY While the customer service is pleasant, you get the run around when trying to return an item or get a refund. MONTHS I have waited for a refund on an item that also took 2 months to arrive even though it was "in-stock" and was supposed to ship the next day. Highly discouraged by the way their upper management or whomever has power in this company works. Not worth your time or effort. Again, the customer service team is nice, however when they don't have any power to ensure a refund or send a RA it constantly feels like any complains fall on deaf ears.
