This place is absolutely terrible. Walked over to see a doctor and was told they no longer accept walk ins, fine. I was then told to send them an email to book an appointment which I obliged. Waited weeks with no response so I tried calling but of course their policy is to avoid answering the phone at all costs. After pulling some teeth to get them to book me an appointment I get scheduled for a virtual meeting and was told I would receive a phone call. So, of course, Im waiting around the phone for 45 minutes after my appointment waiting for them to call. Upon getting fed up I drive down the street to the clinic and ask what happened. Long story short they said they sent a link to my email which I had never received. They then book me in for a virtual appointment the next day, then decided to follow up with an email later that evening saying upon further review you're not a patient so we wont see you which didnt seem to be an issue for the first scheduled appointment. This place makes 0 sense, has terrible communication and quite frankly doesnt care. Dont waste peoples time making them jump through hurdles aimlessly.
