Disappointing - unprofessional. I had difficulties booking an appointment. The day of the appointment we arrived at the Vaughan location and no one was there. When I called I was told the technician had an emergency in the morning - our appointment was at 2pm. If only there was some communication method that they could have reached me.(sarcasm).. they had both my cell and email. What infuriates me is that I had to drag my elderly frail father to this non appointment.

Took mos to get my results back which were abnormal. Still no word on the new testing dates. Calling my Dr tomorrow and asking to be referred some where else.

Bad operation of diagnostic health center at Morningside ...!!! Called on my appointment for stress test (on trade mill) which was cancelled first then reinstate it again and i went their, she took signatures on relavent forms, put me on bed, connected all cables my chest, told to lay down on bed, i was laying on bed to starts my test.. fews minutes later Doctors comes to me started taking to me and suddendly, the lady assistant took him out of room , spoke with Doctor, after few minutes later Doctors comes and tells me, we can't perform your test because we don't have specialist doctor to approve your test..!! And said we will book you another time, Can't perform your test today..!! Means, they don't had specialist Doctor in their clinic to check the paitent..!! It's really unbelivable..!! Luckly, they are not doing any operations their.. otherwise they would cut my skin and left it open..!! Wasted my full day and evening too..!!
