Words cannot express the extent of my gratitude towards Jerry Chen, Mortgage Broker. Over several months in early 2021, Jerry patiently answered all of my questions about mortgages and guiding through the whole preapproval process. Highly recommend Jerry!!! Jerry helped me to refinance my last mortgage and I am very satisfied by his services. He's very professional (being able to explain different mortgage options and recommend the best one for me) and on top of everything (following up with bank and lawyer timely to ensue the whole process went smoothly).
