It was a pleasure working with Matthew Santos while purchasing our first home. We didn't know what to expect going into our first home buying experience, but Matt walked us through the process one step at a time and made it very simple/straight forward. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the entire purchasing/closing procedure and was quick to respond whenever we had a question or request. He was able to get us a much lower interest rate than what was estimated by our bank and the other brokers that we spoke to. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who was looking to get a mortgage.
