Woo Sharon Dr Optometrist

My mother was an emergency referral. They called us in for an appointment the next day and we were not seen for almost an hour later. When we followed up at the front desk, they told us we had to wait as patients had appointments pre-booked from about six months earlier. The front desk did not understand that we were not looking to be prioritized over patients with pre-booked appointments and that our concern was that we were called for a scheduled appointment and the doctor could not see us within a reasonable time. It seems (we cannot confirm this is true) that the office provided services similar or the same as the ones my mother had completed 3 days earlier despite my mother informing them of this and providing them the information for her eye specialist. It is unclear if this office values the time of their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sharon Woo for over 15 years and feel very confident in her care and expertise. She is extremely thorough, professional and detailed in her examination. She is proactive and will refer you to necessary specialists when needed. These specialists have even commented on how exceptional Dr. Sharon Woo is! My family and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Woo, we trust her and highly recommend!

Dr. Woo is amazing! She's been my family's optometrist for over 15 years and she's always been so helpful. She takes the time to explain all the steps for examinations, any warning signs for your eye health, tips on how to improve/maintain your eye health and so much more. She's also always explained any scans/products that may be an additional cost and asks for your decision before moving forward with anything. This is the common practice at the facility as their new Associate also follows the same expectations. I highly recommend Dr.Woo and her Associates :)

Dr. Sharon Woo is professional, trustworthy and only has her patients best interest at heart. She is up front with any additional costs and the option to take are yours. There is no pressure. My family and I have been patients for over +20 yrs and she has simply been amazing. The new associate Kristy Lam has seen my sons and she too has the same level of dedication to patient care. You can't go wrong with Sharon Woo and associates!
