Anna Shin, Registered Psychotherapist

I didnt find her to be helpful at all. She didnt provide me with actual strategies. It was mostly me talking, her writing tons of notes.

Anna has been my therapist for almost 3 months. It is always easy to talk to Anna during the hour session. She taught me many useful strategies to deal with my stress and anxiety. Anna is an empathetic, caring and understanding therapist. I have recommended her to others and will continue to recommend her services.

Anna has been my therapist for the past year. She has come to into my life at a time which has been quite pivotal. I appreciate all the advice and techniques to be used to reach my goals. My hour with Anna is always the best and I feel the weight lifted off my shoulders!

Anna has been my therapist for over 2 years now. She taught me so many helpful coping mechanisms to deal with stress. She is kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Overall, going to therapy with Anna, has changed my life for the better. She has helped me become more confident in myself, and in my decisions. I highly recommend her psychotherapy services.
