Alex is an incredible realtor! He helped us find the perfect customer at our target price, and was always available to answer our questions. He even helped unmount our TV when I wasn't home. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a realtor.

Alex is a really good agent, despite looking young. I guess it's his genetics? He helped us sell our home more than expected through his door knocking, follow ups and marketing. One time we saw him in the middle of the night talking to our neighbours. When we asked her what they spoke about, she told us that he was asking if we knew anyone that might be interested in our home and tried to sell us on it. That's a committed and proactive agent as our previous one just relied on the for sale sign and MLS. Anyways, he brought us multiple offers which was nice as it gave us peace of mind especially in this downturn market. We'll be using him in our next move and purchase. We've also recommended him to our friends and family already.

great communications and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. Was able to sell our unit at an amazing price with short notice in a difficult environment. Had a team of employees working with him and created a lot of hype and exposure. Did 2 consecutive weeks of open house which increased # of potential buyers. Would utilize his services again if needed.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service Alex provided. He helped us purchasing a condo in a short period of time. Despite the very hot days, he was happy to show my husband as many condos as my husband requested. I was home (not in Toronto) busy packing while my husband was looking for a condo in Toronto. He sent me pictures of the condos he looked at. When we found the one we both like, Alex e-mailed me the documents regarding purchasing a property. He then called me explaining to me patiently how he and my husband were going to bargain with the seller. He kept me in the loop about the negotiation. When my husband had problems signing documents electronically, Alex personally went to where my husband stayed to help him solve the problems. Even after the transaction was done, Alex responded to our questions promptly. Alex is good and honest. Hes been there for us like a friend. We have already recommended him to our friends and families.
