        Winnie Ying showed us few places for rental. She is very professional and understand our needs. She is very caring and helpful in finding us a place for rent. She did spent her time to research and look the right place for us. She response her phone very fast and gives u quick answers. I also have other questions which is not related to our rental and she also helped us out. Really appreciate her help!! Highly recommend this agent.

        My partner and I really felt uncomfortable with Rachel Mok, a broker from The Wolf Pack who acted unprofessionally towards us. She is very rude, passive aggressive and dismissive. I was deeply disappointed by her lack of professionalism and the poor communication exhibited. I had expected a knowledgeable and proactive broker, but she fell short. Never work with her, she is a bully.
