The process of selling your home is stressful enough, but our listing agent, Laryssa Palin, made the process seamless. She took the time to explain in detail all the logistics of selling our home and what to expect. She worked tirelessly in preparing our home for listing and didnt hesitate with anything from staging, rearranging our home to look its best. She was truly hands on. Laryssa was always available and answered our emails immediately. She worked meticulously during the offers and guided us through the process without ever being overly aggressive. We never felt pressured to accept any offer we did not feel comfortable with. She demonstrated kindness, patience and professionalism. We truly appreciated her honesty and attention to detail in selling our home. In fact, it was for all of the reasons above that I also selected her to be my buying agent and was able to buy a beautiful new home which she negotiated for less than asking price. She is the best real estate agent i have ever met in my life. I had been looking for a house for rent for 5 months, i talked to a lot of realtor, no one tend to help me, but Laryssa... She found me the best house which i can rent. And only in one week !!!! She is doing really really great job. thank you so so much... You are the best.

Laryssa is a fantastic agent. She works diligently and cares for her clients best interest. We were selling a multiplex that was tenanted. Our tenants felt their space was respected with Laryssa at the helm, even with many showings. She gets the job done with integrity. Rare in the world of realtors. I wouldnt hesitate to use Laryssa again in the future!
