Sej helped guide me through my first condo purchase! He delivered a really high quality of service and thanks to his help we secured a hard loft with a *fireplace*. I felt guided throughout the entire process from start to finish. Sej advised on market value, comps, overall trends, and took the time to understand what I was looking for, even if it was quite niche. He helped coach me in figuring out my list of must-haves, made recommendations based on data, and was very easy to work with. Sej is personable, honest, and a great negotiator. Rosaria Vindigni was amazing in supporting us with renting! We had little success working with others but with Rosaria's expertise and commitment, we rented a place in mere a week.
