The Avenue Realty Team is just not a great team but someone who cares and takes the time to be with you. I have been dealing with Christopher and Michelle Fusco on my last two properties and fall in love with them even more. I don't know another company that actually takes the time to explain to you from every angle. I am not that knowledgable about always the current housing market or interest rates but they inform me so I can make the best decision for my family. They do go over and beyond my expectations for any realtor. C Malaniak

We recently sold our house and began renting for the first time.
