My partner and I cannot thank Bonnie enough for her assistance with finding our rental unit. We live far away from Toronto and it made it difficult for us to do viewings in person. Bonnie took initiative to go into many units on our behalf and virtually share them. Bonnie was honest with all the listings and ensured to work within our parameters. She was super responsive and answered any questions we asked in full transparency. We highly recommend using Bonnie's services if you are in the process of renting or buying. Thank you, Bonnie! Bonnie was amazing to work with when finding our new home. Shes very responsive and was always ready to answer any questions you might have. She was extremely patient with explaining all the steps we needed to take and she always followed up. Bonnie took time in advance to start our search early on and throughout the process leading up to visits, she continued to look for available homes that met our needs and budget that were new in the market. We were able to complete our lease process in less than a week after looking which was great! She was detailed and had great insight to help with our decision when looking at all the different properties. She made the process for renting in Toronto super simple and stress free. We found a great place with Bonnies help and look forward to working with her in the future to buy a home!

It's been a great experience working with Bonnie to find us a bigger and more luxurious space than we currently have. I ticked off Responsive because she will get back to you via your preferred method of communication: SMS, e-mail, the Collab app etc. and very quickly as well I put down Professional as her answers are pretty detailed and she was even willing to drive us to the property since we didn't have a car. We saved money on transportation and enjoyed some nice conversations, so 2 checks right there! Also Good Quality because apart from detailed answers, she did provide value in those answers to help us make a decision. When it came to putting down offers, she would walk us through those steps, keep us posted on any development during the offer day etc. If we had questions on certain things within the homes we saw, she was willing to contact the listing agent to try and get us those answers. We got our home less than 2 months working with Bonnie, in this bidding war market that's great because we were pretty picky and did see quite a few homes before we put down some offers. Did I mention she was friendly with a good sense of humour? Would I recommend Bonnie? Of course I would! You won't regret it.
