Anita helped us to sell 2 of our units at 11611 Yonge Street. Both times, she was courteous and professional throughout the process. She was knowledgeable in what was happening with the real estate market in a clear manner. She marketed our property and got us top dollar for our investments. She communicated with us every step of the way so we knew what was happening with the sale. We would use her again in the future and will always refer her to friends and family, knowing that she will protect their interests just like she did ours.

My family was in a condo downtown for many years and when we felt it time to purchase a home for our growing family, we felt lucky to work with Anita Deonandan to make this a reality. Anita was extremely patient with us as first-time home buyers, and she came with a wealth of knowledge of the entire process, including introducing us to several neighborhoods that were options for our needs and budget. I would say I had a very good experience Anita for sure! I was impressed with the research that was done to develop the listing and the very immediate response. The sale went very smoothly and I was overall pleased with the terms of sale I was able to get. All of my requests and concerns were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner, and I especially appreciated the prompt email responses.
