Karen goes above and beyond to get the deal done! As a younger woman just getting started in the Real Estate world Karen made sure that I was well informed and taken care of during the entire process. When I was searching for a Realtor, I had called a few agencies and was not able to connect with anyone, usually getting voicemail or had to set up a time for a consultation within the next few days. But Karen answered her phone right away, gathered some information on a property I was interested in and got me in for a showing the same day all within 15 minutes. I was so impressed! And at no point did I feel rushed or like I was being pushed to make any decisions. She told me step by step who I need to call and when (lawyers, mortgage brokers etc.) which was very helpful. The decision to leave the family home can be a challenging one. Karen did a great job supporting mom through this process. She encouraged without pushing and provided advice without overwhelming. She worked at a pace that made sense for mom and adjusted the cadence of the process to meet her needs. Mom was tentative about listing and Karen patiently waited until she was ready. When she was ready to go, so was Karen. She also understood that mom wasnt interested in protracting the sale process or the search for a new home. Karen moved everything along as quickly as she was able, and, at the same time, secured top-dollar in the sale, and an ideal purchase price for moms new home. We highly recommend Karen for any real estate deal, particularly assisting seniors in successfully navigating this emotion-filled process.
