I have used the office over ten times for my transactions. Had great experience with Mike and trusted all of my transaction to him. That is until I got into a bit of a problem with a furnace contract not being transferred. When I asked Mr. Shubb to help out, he sent one letter to the buyer's lawyer. When the issue wasn't resolved, I asked for his help again and he plainly refused saying he spent enough time on this. Super disappointed with the office who refused to help after I have given them tens of thousands of dollars in business.

They used to be good. Maybe things changed after Covid, new law clerk is rude and impatient. I had several questions regarding the document and I sent via email. The clerk didn't care to explain and ask me to go to Mr. Shub directly. Mr. Shub himself was 1 hour late for the appointment.
