Sam seemed great at first, but he stopped replying to me. I wish I had gone with another company and I would be with my lizards by now. Unfortunately I trusted Sam but I should have proceeded with one of the other IPATA agencies that was suggested by Air Canada.

We use Sam and his team for all our shipping needs, always receive great service! Him and his team go above and beyond to answer any questions us or our customers may have! Would highly recommend to any breeder looking for a reliable shipping service for their reptiles!

I have used all of the services provided by reptile express extensively over the past few years with great success. These include propak, shipping my animals, and importing animals from out of the country. I have never had a DOA while shipping my animals across Canada; even in instances where my customers ignored REs warnings. Moreover, I have imported thousands of dollars worth of animals each instance arriving on time and in good health. In comparison to competitor services, I still prefer reptile express not only due to their superior convenience, but also the effort they put into branding and software. It is a company that evokes trust, especially for the first time client who is receiving an animal in the mail. As well, it has always been a pleasure dealing with Sam and his team! My phone calls are promptly answered and my emails are always responded to. Geckogallery.ca will continue to use REs services (and you should too!)

All the shipments I have done with them have gone super smoothly. When packages are lost they are found in a timely manner and a course of action is determined. Couldnt ship reptiles without them Tree Critters
