I got a great service from Bell loyalty agent and from this store, which helped me to switched back to Bell after just 1 day with a different provider. I decided to switch back to Bell because everything is just much faster and more efficient. 100% regret that i switched to another provider but good to be back with Bell. Great help on the call with a loyalty agent (forgot her name, but big thanks to her). Had a great and friendly help from this store assistant for switching with eSIM (I think her name is Margo or something, cant remember exactly). Wish them both a great career down the road with exceptional service! Thank you both for the great service and experience!!!

I had an amazing experience with Goli. I am a long time customer with her. She hooked me up with Bell and I went back for my parents' line. She is exteremly knowledgable, patient and treated us with smile all the time. definitely recommend her If you ever trying to give Bell a shot!!!
