        Really bad service, their phones are always on automated answering machine and no response to answering machines messages. I don't know how to take an appointment as it's been a month I am trying to get one. Trying to get in touch with Dr. Nidhi Dhawan.

        The staff is abysmal at best of times. No sympathy for clients and a general complete lack of understanding in regards to organizational structure of medical care. HORRIBLE! FIND A NEW CARE CENTER IF U WANT TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE!!

        The medical centre does not appear to be in business now. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 yesterday. The lights were off and no staff were in the medical centre. The pharmacy staff didn't know where they were but had expected them. I've not been able to reach anyone by phone today and the doctor I had an appointment with no longer has voice mail. The phone message said they were serving other patients, but actually there wasn't anyone there at all. If any of the medical centre staff see this, it wouldn't hurt to be in touch with your scheduled patients. Thanks.
