        Ordered chili and a bowl. Get to the window and they tell us we don't have bowls. Why'd they take our order for a bowl then? This is just one experience of many here. Service is always incompetent and the quality of food just keeps getting worse.

        i ordered 2 bagels and 2 iced capps from this location and i got 2 un-toasted, dry, cold bagels and only ONE coffee with one cream. No iced cap. Horrible service. Took 3 calls for them to actually pick up.

        This Tim Hortons has to be the worst in Canada, no consistency with their food/coffee, my wife had an issue here last week with her order , and today I go in order a breakfast sandwich which they refused to grill for me , I then asked for the hashnrown to be put in my breakfast sandwich and obviously it wasn't, was going through drive thru thankfully I checked it before driving off and then told the guy at the window, wo started arguing with me that I didn't, I was like I did 3 times he then kept saying no he is saying you didn't so that means you didn't, what an abomination of a business model and customer service absolutely disgusting, so they opened it put the hashbrown in , one side fully out of sandwich didn't wrap it properly didn't put it back in a back and handed me it , good way to run a business for sure

        No raisin tea biscuits available and the cappucino machine was broken so no French Vanilla cappuccinos available. Also, my Tim Hortons App wouldn't load so I didn't get my points.
