Insofar as an Optometrist Dr. Hale is 5 stars. HOWEVER her support for the local people who support her simply does no exist. My wife has experienced two emergency eye problems and on neither occasion did Dr. Hale make provisions for daily emergency appointments and we had to go elsewhere. We are seriously considering no longer supporting her as our local Optometrist

We have been seeing Dr. Hale for years. She is very welcoming and patient, she is great with our kids and takes the time to explain everything. Great to have this level of care in our village.

I would give this eye doctor a negative review if I could. She revoked my husband's driver's license when he drives for a living, and told my daughter who has had glasses, from previous eye doctors, that she didn't need eye glasses, when clearly misreading in her eye exam. She was very cold to deal with and caused our family tremendous stress. We will never be back. Stay away.

Dr. Hale is incredible. Not only is her calming presence very welcoming but she is very thorough and takes her time. The staff are super friendly and attentive too. Oh and the cleanliness is 10/10, very impressed by all the cleaning and wiping of surfaces while I was waiting for my appointment. Love my new glasses! Thank you to everyone at the practice for your help!

I have never had an eye exam so thorough as the one Dr. Hale gave me. I opted to purchase my new glasses from her office and she even helped me select the frames. The new Rx works great. I am happy to have found her.
