Willow Wellness is such a special place. Rooted in kindness and building community, this wonderful business has been nothing but a positive addition to my wellness journey. From the practitioners (yoga, massage, osteo, physio, psychotherapy), to the beautiful cafe, and from the lovely owners, to the warm and comforting vibe that you feel as you enter, Willow Wellness is a resource I find myself returning to again and again.

I have been going to Willow Wellness for over a year now and see some amazing health care providers like Randy and Brittany! Unfortunately, at my last visit I was treated very disrespectfully by the gentleman working at the front desk because of a parking spot. He was making passive aggressive comments the whole time and I tried to tell him how that was making me feel and that I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way to which he then started scoffing at me. I asked him if he would have spoken to a man the same way he was talking to me and he said he was unsure. I ended up leaving my appointment crying. This is unfortunate because he was not representing a wellness centre in the best light because nobody should leave crying after their appointment or be treated like that in general. It saddens me to say that I will have to see Brittany and Randy at the other offices they practice out of. And its not fair for all of those healthcare professionals that work there to be represented by the front desk staff in that way.

It's so nice to have this yoga studio in town! It's a welcoming and calming space, with a relaxed group of people, great instructors & classes, and fun events.

I had a lovely experience visiting Willow Wellness. My massage with Mackenzie was amazing, highly recommend visiting her. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Will definitely be back to try their cafe and yoga class offerings!
