Beecroft Appliance Repair

had person show up, had to have him try the dryer a couple of times. He tried once and said that it was fine. Came within 5 days with ignitor (which he said was broke - and the other in his vehicle is probably the same) did not check second one. Came a couple days later with new ? ignitor and stated repair was completed. Still does not produce heat. Attempted to contact owner, but ether he didn't get message or ignored it

Just an all around bad experience with this company - called with a fridge issue and the receptionist told me a technician could come out three days later (which I thought was acceptable). They gave me a four hour window for the tech to come... he came two hours after the window closed, with no updates along the way to say there was going to be a delay. Tech diagnosed the issue and I called the next day to confirm and provide payment. Receptionist said the part was in stock and would be 3 to 5 days. I called 38 days later to cancel the part because I was tired of waiting. No apology for the delay or anything. Avoid at all costs. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
