Excellent! Very Excellent. Pasta as good as any restaurant in Firenzie. Scott smokes his chicken for the pasta. I have been lucky enough to eat at very good restaurants internationally - Scott's pasta is up there with the best! Stacciatella soup - just order it! Tiramisu - what a surprise. This restaurant punches so far above its weight, it is ridiculous. My favourite restaurant - regardless of price. Others can be more expensive, have wine lists in leather bound books, on the top of downtown office blocks - but this unassuming place takes them on with ease! Corkage for your own wine from your cellar so you can compliment your meal with your own special wines. I cannot think of any place better for pasta! And I have eaten at you name it.

A little late in posting but wanted to share that we called to order take out last Friday night and the grills were off and the chef was on the way out the door. I said not to worry and wed eat there another time. He said hed be happy to whip up a couple of pastas for us and hed have them ready in 15 minutes, which he did. The food was delicious including two pasta dishes, chicken Parmesan, vegetables, and bruschetta. He went above and beyond to put a meal together for us even though he was done for the night. We cant thank him enough. I know he is struggling with keeping/finding staff and getting customers. I really hope he can keep his excellent restaurant going in our little town. Hats to Bistro Barolo!
