Had issues with a few things on my roof that another contractor botched and wouldn't fix. Jeff and his team came and quoted me to fix the issues. They showed up when they said they would, did the job faster than initially advised and actually were able to do it for less than quoted. They cleaned up after themselves and were very lovely to my elderly mother. For the first time since buying this house, I walked in to an evenly heated home - not 5 degrees colder upstairs! Great workmanship and totally professional. Thank you Jeff and company!!! I will definitely call for work on other projects.

Definitely the best roofing company to go with for sure. Jeff was really friendly and explained alot of stuff I didn't have a clue about. Also No more leaks in the house, thank god! :)

What an experience! Our roof replacement took 2 FULL days (16+ hours) - compared to 5 neighbors surrounding us which took 4-6 hours! Never would have imagined PROFESSIONAL roofers needed to be watched CONSTANTLY to ensure steps weren't skipped and the job was done properly. Shingle removal was beyond MESSY - nails and bits of shingle EVERYWHERE - spent over 2 hours sweeping AFTER the crew "cleaned up". Underlayment was not put on the back half of our roof - this underlayment was REQUIRED for the warranty on the shingles installed. When this mistake was noticed, informed the installer who tried to say it wasn't necessary because of the pitch of our roof, to which I then explained that Jeff (owner) had said it was to go on the entire roof. I was then told that Jeff would be called and asked about it - installer stood on the roof staring at me, making no attempt to contact Jeff. It took my calling Jeff, who then spoke to the "job site manager" and was told it needed to be fixed. We were having drip edge installed - this wasn't done until after we mentioned again that it was there and the crew had no clue it was being installed. A 5th roof vent was added to the rear of our roof - by a hole being HAMMERED through the roof - they had a circular saw on site, just didn't use it until we let Jeff know how the hole was made. The crew took breaks more often than they actually worked, and one crew member URINATED on our back patio and fence. Very lazy, EXTREMELY disrespectful crew. Would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

Contracted Jeff (Owner) to redo the back half of my roof after water damage was found to have all but destroyed most of the plywood under the shingles. It took two full days for his crew to do half a roof, and they removed around a dozen sheets of plywood and left broken shards of wood in my attic and the replacement pieces were not joined tightly leaving gaps. Several baffles in the attic were broken and/or moved during the work and not replaced and wasn't noticed until later causing more water damage inside the attic. After several attempts to have this remedied and waiting several months to have it fixed I gave up trying. Had to have Jeff come back and redo the seal on my skylight because it was not done properly the first time after the roof replacement, still have water leaking in my furnace exhaust after he assured me that would also stop. The list goes on and on, I will definitely not be recommending this contractor for any more jobs.

The reason I gave him two stars is the fact that it took three days to install the roof. Several weeks later when installing my lights I noticed the drip edge was not installed. I called him he said he was coming about six weeks later he tells me the drip edge was not in my contract. I never signed a contract but it was included in my estimate and our email exchanges. He came back and only did the front of the house, although i haven't yet inspected it (He did it yesterday telling me it was free of charge, but it was most definitely in my estimate that I sent back to him so it was not free!) The extended warranty he finally sent to me is in blank and I am unable to register it with BP as I cannot complete the form. I have no idea what he did as far as number of bundles, weather guard, etc. so I can't complete it. I will give him another week to make arrangements to send me a completed warranty and to complete the drip edge on the entire home or I guess I am commencing a small claims court action. Roof looks nice hope it holds up because I never got a workmanship warranty either. Don't pay him until you inspect everything and make sure you get your warranties. He seemed so nice!
