PlEASE!!!!! DO NOT USE ANN!! The worst person, experience, realtor. THIS IS A WARNING, not a bad review, I have never left one before. She apparently threw out all of our homes warranties and paperwork and kept lying that the homeowner had all of it? Ann did not know they left us a 2 page dated letter outlining said warranties. Once I sent Ann a copy she has never replied back? It was her friends parents she was selling for Yikes!! We could not get home insurance until the day before we moved, no paper work, 6 weeks closing and stress and worry. The initial phone call was great, ugly crying the rest... No repercussions, we just keep paying for our mistake, literally thousands!!! PLEASE!!! use any one else.

Ann is the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with (between us we've bought and sold 21 properties). She uses cutting edge technology, a professional photographer but most of all she cares about her clients and it shows, she is great at communicating and listening and she is honest. She sold our unique home and it had its bumps along the way but she got it done and was amazing throughout the process. Thanks to Ann finding our new home was a smooth process in a market with limited inventory. She did an amazing job on helping us purchase our new home that ended up with multiple bids but she navigated us through the process and we ended up with a home we are excited about. We have come to think of Ann as a friend. She is an amazing woman with a great personality and a talent for real estate. We highly recommend Ann.

Extremely professional and helpful. Ann sold our house very fast with overasking price. She's very easy to communicate with, always on time , providing great advices when needed. She staged and promoted our property very well covering every social media resources. It was a pleasure to work with suchan enthusiastic and kind person. I can recommend Ann with a heartbeat.
