Did fast inspection. When i showed few things to consider or asked a question or two, Mark avoided me. Now it costs us. January had the oil water tank changed because it was due. Said to tech, We often smell oil and get headaches. So he went outside & lift the cover on the exhaust. Came in said put your coat on and come see this. One fan totally seized, other fan removed and pair vise-grip to hold vent open. No wonder fumes did not go out. Now we need to get a chimney installed at -30 outside. Thanks Mark for not doing your work well...

Mark helped us out tremendously when we were scammed by contractor. He did a renovation inspection and pointed out many many deficiencies that our contractor had to correct. His report was very thorough. I would highly recommend him.
