I highly recommend Joel Bouchard. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with a comprehensive inspection report. As he was inspecting the outside and inside of the house, he explained to us how he was performing the inspection and explained so many things about the functionning of the different systems in the house. He was very flexible, kind and very professional. You will not regret hiring him.
