But everytime I ordered coffee from there, I was not happy.
One day, I ordered dark roast and the guy mixed it with decaf.
On the other day, I asked for coffee with 1 cream and 1 milk and the guy put 2 creams. On both occasions, I started drinking coffee once I reached home and I had to throw the coffee and brew my own.
Some employees work hard, no doubt, but others just don't care and try to finish their shift. On 2nd day of my daughter's training, one of the customers got rude with her as she was taking time. My daughter is still wearing the trainee tag, which that customer failed to notice. My daughter cried when she ended her shift, but the next day, she met a happy customer who thanked my daughter and wished her best of luck with her training.
There is no discount for employee family.
So, I have seen the both aspects of this store, as a customer and as an employee, so I am not sure if these reviews hold true.
