        Strength craze is one of the best gyms around. When I first joined over a year ago. I was 325 pounds 30% body fat today I can say I am 275 pounds muscle and 16% body fat. They offer one of the best personal training experience a around with knowledgable staff meal plans positive atmosphere in-body testing to see how your body os changing from the inside to keep you on the right track. If you can follow the plan that is built for you like baking a cake youll be 100% successful in your journey of being healthy and fit. The staff and everyone that works here makes it feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Not like those other gyms were you pay your monthly fee and you feel like just a number. Strength craze they wanna to see you get those gains and be the best Version of yourself. Thank you Strength craze for everything you guys have done for me ! Lets keep growing and get those gains
