I was in an accident and I was given this as an option for a repair shop. I was a tow truck driver in London and dealt with the London locations many times in the past. Since the work I had seen from the London locations was absolutely amazing, I decided I would go here. This was the worst experience I have had when dealing with a body shop. The paint was done incorrectly (completely wrong paint and missed areas and the person who cleaned it used a dirty rag and there were scratches and swirl marks)they gave me the run around when I had made them aware. They asked me to come in and when I did the person I was supposed to meet was on "lunch" although there was an appointment. Then they told my insurance that I did not show up. In my opinion and in my experience dealing with dozens of body shops, they are by far one of the worst people to deal with and their work is lacking quality and expertise. I understand mistakes happen, but as a business they should have made more effort to correct it.

Kristopher was amazing! H In a time when CI ID hasn't been nice to the automotive industry they kept us up to date with our repairs and everything was completed with care and expertise.
