TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

You should answer phone calls with a human. Tried getting though twice. All I got was automated recording. Left 2 messages, no returned calls. If they have an actual phone, it's not in regular human service.

Worst banking experience in 30 years, went to this branch to deposit a cheque from my wife, teller behind the counter took the cheque from me and cancelled it for no obvious reason. Told me to get another cheque issued, my wife went in to straighten out the situation. The teller told my wife she didnt think I should have that cheque and that was the reason it was cancelled. The teller behind the counter messed our finances up for 2 weeks and did nothing to help fix the situation. Worst part, this has been my home branch for 30 years. This branch of TD leaves a lot to be desired

I was introduced to this bank while being an executor for my very close friend. It was my first experience in this role. The Staff were extremely helpful and empathetic. The execution has been ongoing. Thanks to all the very efficient and pleasant staff. Marie Bone

They don't seem to know what they are doing and pass the buck to someone else to blame.not being honest is the worst part .I will never do banking there .
