        I was given a diaper bag as a gift and I already had one , when I went to exchange it they refused because I didn't have a receipt even though the same bag was on the shelf, tags were still on and in an Esby and Soph bag. The family that gave us the bag said when they purchased it the receipt machine was down so they couldn't get one. I would not be shopping there for any gifts ever.
