        I was a P.I.T.A customer. The two possible spaces that I had arranged for the bin were occupied on the day of drop-off. The driver waited patiently while I made other arrangements. I called for the full dumpster to be picked up earlier than scheduled, because the new spot needed to be vacated - done without hassle. My payment declined (Christmas spending) -> they accommodated etransfer. This is not an invitation to be as bad a customer as I was, but considering how many hurdles I presented, they were gracious and understanding at each step. Affordable too. 10/10 would recommend.
