Huge shout-out to the owner for her excellent customer service and fantastic social media posts! I had seen a beautiful leather belt when I was shopping in-store before the shutdown. I was not wearing the right type of pants to see if it fit properly so did not pick one up that day. Lo and behold- the covid lockdown hit- and I was out of luck....or so I thought. I sent a DM through Insta that I would like to purchase the belt but was not sure of the size. The owner arranged an outdoor pick up and brought two sizes. She recommended I try on the size that she thought would be correct, and she was right. I paid by e-transfer and the whole process was quick and efficient and professionally handled. I highly recommend Urban Escape for top quality products that stand out for their craftsmanship, and for their excellent customer service.

UE inc. staff always helpful and friendly. Love how they post on social media, always bringing me back for another shopping experience. New items often and brings back items that are well loved My new favourite spot to shop local!
