        The manager of this location has the worst attitude and costumer service Ive ever experienced. She is so ignorant. I left so upset. First time ever wearing any type of ring and 0 help what so ever. The man who works at this location is a breathe of fresh air. He has customer service skills and genuinely cares. Overall I would not recommend this location. They also dont mention you need to go back every 6 months for your warranty to stay covered. I guess thats how they get people so they dont have to have there warranty covered.

        I bought a necklace and matching earrings for my partner last Christmas. She absolutely loves them and theyre still in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent, I definitely recommend shopping here.

        Purchased ring and diamond fell out,told me because I bought on sale no warranty..buyer beware..I didn't know when you buy a diamond or any jewelry no warranty because its on sale..I will never buy here again..
