We had been dealing with someone from this company for about 8 months until the week leading up to our wedding where the customer service completely changed for the worse. They delayed our agreed upon setup date by two days which put everything behind and essentially ruined our morning of the wedding because my now husband and vendors were running around like crazy trying to do things in the tent that could have been done before like discussed. I practically had to beg them to set up sooner than when they had delayed it to, then to come early on the actual day of setup (two days late) to give us an extra hour or two. upon arrival, the tent walls also agreed upon (and in our contract) were not what we had wanted. and no apology or anything. the customer service just was not there, not sincere or apologetic for any of the mishaps. sent an email after the fact, and a followup to that email and no response, the actual supplies were great, just very unhappy with the customer service, we specifically went with this company to help support local but were disappointed in the end.

I had a 40x60 with tons of tables and chairs for my daughters wedding they were fast to set up and pleasant to work with would definitely recommend
