Great place to get our the propane tanks for our RV refilled. Excellent service and prices. Retail propane sales aren't their primary business, but they will refill your tanks for you. Very pleased.

Well most of us are pretty good at checking our tanks, this holiday season circumstances got the best of me and it slipped my mind. Unfortunately i had to call for an emergency fill as my tank was on empty. I was told the message would be passed on and i wasnt the only customer that called. A few hours passed and politely i called again. This time a driver called me back and gave me a story of how they couldnt get the trucks out. I realize the storm hit us all this weekend but it was forecasted a head of time and they offer 24 hr emergency service. Fortunately for me my furnace is still running on fumes. I was told it could be monday but maybe not and i would have to pay $375 on top of my bill. That being said , my original call was on friday. So i will be charged this outrageous fee even though they couldnt deliver because of whatever issue they had with the truck which you think they would have been more prepared for holidays or for the weather.Just an fyi , i was not rude or disrespectful. Hence this review to share my disappointment at this time.
