We decided to move to a more accessible home with 'aging in place' in mind and were looking for a realtor who understands the current market, especially what's going on locally. We chose Coldwell Banker because they had recently listed/sold properties in our neighborhood, and Rob Longo came highly recommended. We listed our place just before leaving the area for the winter and were worried that trying to sell a home while away would be almost impossible; Rob set our minds at ease immediately. What we valued most about the service was the technology employed to keep us in the loop. Rob kept in touch with us via regular video update messages, and was available by phone, text, or email when needed. Electronic signatures enabled us to conduct the required transactions from afar and everything worked like clockwork. My advice to potential buyers or sellers is to relax, trust the process, let the pros do what they do best, and above all else have a little patience; the end result will be worth it!

We have used Rob and Lou Longo now for the second time when buying and selling properties. We would highly recommend using them when choosing to make a big decision like moving and selling. When purchasing my first home I used Rob Longo. Years later when deciding to move a bit out of town it was a no brainer when choosing an agent again. Rob gladly made trips outside Sarnia, making the buying experience carefree and easy. Never once was there pressure to jump in on a home. After we found the one, his expertise came in handy. One offer was all it took to get the home we wanted. We then sold our house in Sarnia with the assistance of Rob. Again this process was a breeze, with constant updates we understand what was happening at all times. He was easy to contact whenever questions came up. We recently went on a journey to find a one floor home and in todays real-estate market finding a suitable home is hard to do but if you have the right real-estate agent that will be with you 100% along the way then it makes things so much easier. We met up with Rob Longo who had a listing we were interested in but found out the owners could not find what they were looking for at the present time but then another home came available that Rob let us know about and we went through it and decided to put an offer in and a deal was put together..everything went super smooth with buying and selling of our own home. I love the fact that we can stay in touch through personal text messages to set up the showing of our home and to let us know how things are going and when offers came in to look at. In the spring of 2021 the gentleman whom rented my families home passed away after many years, so my family decided to sell the property as all are getting older and it was time. I was looking for a highly motivated company that would work for my family. I talked to four real estate companies and decided Caldwell Banker was the company of choice. They were the only company that contacted me and talked about what they could provide us in the sale of the property. Rob Longo kept me in the loop constantly as to what was happening during the listing or if I had a question returned my call ASAP. Again they were looking after our listing and sale no distracting.
