Andrew Bain and Katie O'Brien were an amazing team to work with on the sale of my property. They were super approachable and that's important to me as I ask many questions! They were very knowledgeable regarding the market which was so helpful as I was selling just as the market was transitioning from a seller's market to a buyer's market and it was the worst time of year to sell (late fall, early winter). I so appreciated their openness, their constant communication, their willingness to put everything they had into selling my home for me. I was really grateful for their creativity and innovative ways to market my place, to keep the listing live and to constantly pivot and adjust to what the market was presenting to us. I also loved how they helped me negotiate and come up with ways to add seller incentives when I needed to gain more interest in my property.
