Mike was honest and helpful when looking for houses and we felt we could rely on his expertise. He found the right place for us before it even hit the market. He knew we would like it and he was right. We recently left town and Mike helped us sell - again his advice was honest and saved us from doing extra work to prepare the house. He also arranged a final cleaning and offered to keep an eye on the house for us after we moved out, which eliminated so much stress from the daunting task of moving 20 hrs away. The listing pictures were beautiful. He did his best to get us what he thought the house was worth and it sold the day it listed. The outcome was better and smoother than we expected, by far.

Mike was awesome helping me buy my first home! I was struggling for a few months getting beat out by ridiculous bidders and offers. Mike took time to answer all of my questions as they came and helped me stay positive throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable, patient, and informative of things to look for.
