10 out of 10! Denise bent over backward for us. We have been working with her off and on for a very long time, looking for the right home. When we found it, she guilded us every step of the way. Denise always made herself available to us with a quick response whenever we reached out to her. I can definitely recommend Denise for any of your realtor needs. She did an incredible job in the sale of my family home. Denise has worked with our family twice now and she goes above and beyond our expectations more each time. The first time being in summer time 2019 finding the house my parents and I live in now and secondly selling my grandparents family home of over 45 years. Despite the sensitive situation us and extended family was in she did a wonderful job of listening to everyones concerns and communicating quickly and very openly between everyone involved. She arranged painters coming, photos being taken, kept everything on schedule while staying respectful to the other struggles our family has been dealing with. She is able to do all of this while also creating a both personal and professional relationship with the people in our family making this huge transition in our lives go much smoother. I can confidently say for myself and extended family that we would recommend her as a real estate agent. Her ability to recognize the sentimentality of selling a home for a homeowner while also leading the professional business side of it has made the process easier much easier on our family and we greatly appreciate it.
