I contacted Bryan in regards to listing my Moms house so that she could downsize to a one floor condo. From the very first text Bryan was beyond accommodating and helpful! He took it upon himself to go thru the potential condo and take pictures so we could see what it looked like as there were no pictures on the listing. He later took time out of his busy schedule to take us thru the condo and then meet at my Moms house to possibly list it. Bryan explained all aspects of listing a house to both my Mom and I and not once rushed through anything. During the selling and buying process Bryan always looked out for my Moms best interest making her feel comfortable at all times. My Moms house sold within a week thanks to all Bryans hard work! Dont hesitate to contact him if youre looking for a person that works hard and always puts you first as his client.

Couldn't have made finding our first house any more amazing then he did! Bryan is extremely patient, fast, knowledgeable, kind, so easy to talk to. He wasn't afraid to tell me that "that house isn't good for you". Showed me what I need to look for when buying and jumping all over the house that was perfect for my family! If you need a guy.... Bryan IS YOUR GUY! 5 stars isn't enough!

Brian was our agent for 2 homes bought and sold. Cant say enough good things about him. Very detail oriented and always answered any question thrown his way at whatever time of day. The whole process he made it all super easy, and is very honest especially looking through homes. Seemed to know exactly what to look for as well as only showed us homes that fit our criteria.
