        The pay is unfair for the amount of experience the employees have; nobody in their right mind will do good work when being paid very little.

        Terrible work environment. No one ever takes responsibility for messing up orders, it's always the person that isn't in the room that is at fault. No communication at all and management is easily influenced by their subordinates. Disorganized and toxic work environment. Constant unsafe work practices by employees is ignored by managers. Management is aware of employees coming into work under the influence of drugs and does nothing about it. The only nice thing I can say of my experience at Unified Alloys is that the wage was decent. Do not report any abuse by managers or other employees or they will just get rid of you. Not a good company to work for at all.
