I would not recommend shopping with this dealership. I made an inquiry online about a vehicle. Immediately upon this, I had someone spamming me and calling me constantly despite me making it clear about my time frame and my wishes. This was already very much clearly a high sales pressure tactic. Despite this, I did decide to stop in and check some things out for myself. When it comes to buying a vehicle I'm very well experienced and I take my time with it. The offer I received on my trade in was woeful, despite some fault of my own, admittedly. The vehicle I tested out had several issues with it - one thing mechanically, as well as half a dozen scratches and scrapes as well as a dent. This vehicle was not described as "as is" and when I inquired, I was told that they may or may not fix the blemishes, and they definitely would not fix the mechanical issue. When I asked if I could put a deposit down and if it would be refundable, I was told that nobody was looking at it and that I wouldn't need to. A few hours later and after I attempted to start negotiating the sale, at which point all of a sudden "several people were looking at it", I was informed it was sold. I imagine having the issues that were there being fixed would have cut into some profits, as well as me asking for a non refundable deposit wasn't good enough -sell it to the first person who will take it as it is, right? Disappointing. This is not the way buying a car should be. With my time having been wasted, I will most certainly not be shopping with this particular company of dealerships.
