The pants I ordered did not fit as intended, but after communicating with customer support, the issue was resolved with grace and in a timely fashion. No arguing, just solving the issue.

Hi, Id like to give a shout out to the North American Branch of Bad workwear. I had been having issues dealing and communicating with the Australian branch which I had accidentally ordered from previously. After poor communication with Australia and being blocked by the Australian accounts I was actually contacted by the North American Bad workwear branch which has completely turned this experience right side up. I would like to thank Derek for listening and helping resolve a situation that wasnt even his own. I am a women in trades and its tough to find proper fitting, good quality work clothing and Im so happy to have come across this company. Ive only heard amazing reviews from fellow female coworkers in the trades and Im also very pleased to know how supportive and dedicated Derek and his team are about making trades clothing for women available. I can see that the North American Bad Workwear care about their customers and I appreciate them helping correct a mix up. Thank you.

Comfortable clothes but not durable. Pants ripped in two places within a week of wearing and my job isnt that physically demanding.
