There was a minor miscommunication that could have ended the appointment today, however Jason took care of it right away. He took the initiative to make alternate accommodations (a different system) that produced optimal and efficient results in the shop with convenience.
Needless to say, I was provided excellent customer service/satisfaction today and will be back in the future for more services!
