Quite an unpleasant experience today doing my G. Felt judged and uncomfortable the whole time. My evaluator made comments that were uncalled for and unprofessional. Not happy at all and a waste of money, wish they were not so harsh to young drivers.

the lady at the desk is super sweet, gave advice and helped calm me down before my g2 road test. however, i wish that NOBODY has the trainee luke or the rude unpleasant lady with really bad hair. when they came out to start the test she made me extremely uncomfortable and the trainee had marked me for stuff that was false and ridiculous. i wish him upon absolutely nobody, he was awful.

The lady I drove with made me incredibly uncomfortable from the beginning and they REALLY want you to be perfect. Its very intimidating driving with these random grumpy women. Someone needs to pay them more or something because they are MISERABLE. Also, make sure you actually know the roads youre driving on because I have never seen these intersections anywhere else in my life lmao. I could tell she didnt want me to pass, too bad lady I guess youll see me in 10 days. Overall, worst driving test experience and would go somewhere else if I could.

It was an excellent service. The examiners are professional and objective. They try to make you as comfortable as they can. Pro tip is to ask away any questions before the exams begin. Road related question can be answered too. The people at the desk are amazing too...they give you explanation on any kind of errors you do and answer any questions you may have. It's a pleasure.

Cindy was awesome. She took the time and the patience to figure out the dogs breakfast that southern ontario had served my husband. After 2 years of jumping hoops for southern ontario, we were still no further ahead. Cindy dug into our file and got answers for us. They still want us to jump through hoops, but atleast there is someone here in the Soo that will help. Thankyou Cindy for all your help.
